Brace measures approx. 21" long and has Pat US June 8 & 29 1897 on top of bar handle. The wood is good on the tool the clip that is used to secure main stock has been replaced by screw the chuck cover has a millers falls patent Feby 18 1890 not sure if original or not tool is still in good working condition more pictures upon request
