Plane measures approx. 18" long has a square side rail like the bedrocks. Plane is of metal and brass plate with what looks like copper rivets. Lever cap is brass and in good condition. Blade has Siegley stamp and measures approx. 6 3/8" long has notches on back Frog is brass and support seems to be of aluminum not sure. Handle and knob are free from cracks. This plane had a lot of work put into it by someone definately different. |
