Plane measures approx. 24" long and has Stanley Rule & Level Co New Britain Conn with the eagle touch mark and number 31 with previous owners initials stamped on toe. There are some checks on sold but remains solid Handle has some bumps and bruses but no cracks. Front knob has ring around the bottom not sure if this is original or not. Lever cap has the dimples, blade has Stanley Pat stamped on it measures approx. 8" long. This is a pre lateral adjustment nut has patent information inside most of original japan.
